Just minutes from the Inn is Highland Village, an open-air courtyard of eclectic shops, restaurants, and cafes in North Jackson. Not far away is Northpark Mall, with major department stores like Belks, Dillards JC Penney, and most name brand stores. Northpark also has a movie theater. The shopping in Jackson, MS is just about endless.

Further up Interstate 55, about 15 minutes from the Inn, is The Renaissance Center. This outdoor shopping mall has all upscale brands, several restaurants, an Apple Store, and Barnes & Noble.

Other neat shopping can be found in Fondren – an antique shopper’s delight – just 5 minutes from the Inn. Fondren is home to several art shops, cafes, and eclectic stores. You never know what antiques in Jackson, MS you could find! You may pick up the Fondren Express Trolley.

For those enjoying handmade crafts, the Greater Belhaven Farmer’s Market is open Saturdays, April through November.

Other places worth a visit are Lemuria Bookstore in Banner Hall as well as the downtown squares of Clinton and Canton for antiques.

The Dogwood Festival Mall, just off Lakeland Drive, also offers outdoor shopping at name brand and eclectic stores.

Located in Pearl just off I-55, you can visit The Outlets of MS. It is the largest outlet mall in the state where you can find designer retailers at discounted prices. Jackson, Mississippi shopping never ends, and you can do it all during your stay at the Fairview Inn.
