Fairview Inn & Restaurant has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places

Awarded Most Outstanding Inn North America and the Caribbean 2003 by Conde' Nast Johansens. One of only thirty inns selected by Country Inns magazine to host a gourmet dinner in celebration of the mutual tenth anniversaries of Country Inns and the James Beard Foundation in New York City. "Each of the participating inns is one of the best in the country," said Gail Rudder Kent, editor-in-chief of Country Inns, who awarded the inn with a commemorative plaque for excellence.

» Fairview Inn & Restaurant was selected by the National Trust for Historic Preservation for inclusion in the 1998 wall calendar featuring Historic Bed & Breakfasts, Inns, and Small Hotels.
